Felderman Retires from military service
BG (USA) Robert J. Felderman retired on 31 Oct 2010 with over 35 years of service in the Air Force and Army. Upon his retirement, the Governor of Iowa promoted him to Major General (for what Bob calls his tombstone promotion since no money comes with it). MG (ret) Felderman finished his career with a 5+ year stint of active duty at NORAD - USNORTHCOM working in the Command Center 2005-2007, Deputy Director of Operations 2007, and Deputy Director Strategy Policy and Plans 2007-2010. Upon release from active duty, he returned to his real estate brokerage and appraisal business in Dubuque, Iowa. Bob is writing a few columns for the Julien's Journal Magazine, and is a press photographer and columnist for Dubuque 365INK Magazine and Online Entertainment Webpage. You may contact him at robertfelderman@yahoo.com or Facebook.
