Strategic Thinking in Peace and War

Welcome to the official site of the National War College Alumni Association. Established prior to 1959, the National War College Alumni Association is an independent and self-supporting 501(c) non-profit educational organization serving over 8,500 graduates, current and former faculty members, staff personnel, and currently enrolled students.

Our primary objectives are to strengthen the global social and professional network among our graduates, and promote interest in the unique work of the National War College. We are only able to meet our objectives by having the most supportive and loyal alumni imaginable.

The association sponsors several highly successful alumni social and educational seminars and conferences each year. In addition, we are the proud sponsor of several student writing awards, special faculty recognition, student athletic program, the annual college yearbook, and we assist the college in hosting various national and international groups visiting each year. We continue to present our seminars and conferences inside and outside the beltway for our graduates and the graduates of other war colleges -- the only war college that provides this continuing education.
